The proposed pilot

BidFinch is operated by Citemap LLC. The pilot costs $299 USD once, with no automatic renewal. The 30-day pilot begins when we confirm your business profile and agreed source coverage. The service includes a company capabilities profile, agreed source coverage, and up to two updates weekly when relevant findings exist. Reports cover source-linked opportunities, qualification gaps, deadlines and changes. Reports are delivered by email. Detailed source coverage is agreed with the customer before the pilot begins.

Research limitations

Reports are human-reviewed, with limited initial source coverage. This is not comprehensive or 24/7 monitoring. Information may change or be incomplete. No opportunities, eligibility, contract awards, revenue or profit are guaranteed. Customers must verify requirements, deadlines and amendments with the buyer before acting. Bid preparation, legal advice and eligibility certification are excluded.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate business capabilities and agreed coverage preferences through the reviewed secure onboarding destination. Do not provide sensitive personal information, procurement credentials or confidential attachments. You remain responsible for pursuit decisions and submissions. Neither this site nor the sample indicates government affiliation or endorsement.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

The pilot costs $299 USD once. You may request a full refund during your first pilot by emailing support@bidfinch.com. The 30-day pilot begins when we confirm your business profile and agreed source coverage. It does not renew automatically. This full first-pilot refund guarantee applies even after a report has been delivered. If Stripe's summary mentions only refunds before the first report, that narrower summary does not limit this guarantee. Applicable statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

End of pilot and further service

The pilot ends after 30 days without automatic renewal. Continued work requires a separate agreement and payment. There is no promise of future pricing or availability.
